Lindfield new interiors

This is a simple renovation to a lovely old house in Lindfield with high end finishes transforming this house into a beautiful modern home.

Internal walls were removed and a new internal stair created from the garage into the house improving the flow and access. The laundry was moved from outside into the house.  The existing ground floor bathroom moved away from the kitchen. A new kitchen with a servery provides a better connection to the outside deck.  There is also a new bathroom extended onto the First Floor deck with Japanese bath with spectacular views of the Nordic Pine. New finishes included new double glazed windows & doors on the ground floor, new hardwood floors throughout and updating the existing internal stair.
